Enjoy a neat gastronomic offer and a professional service in an elegant and cosy environment, either in our gardens or in the indoor restaurant.

Our kitchen, recommended in the Michelin Guide, stands out for the quality of our products. We are specialised in traditional and regional recipes, highlighting the preparation of delicious Valencian paella.

STARTERS
House salad - Assortment of Iberians - "Esgarraet" with salted mojama - Scrambled eggs and mushrooms covered with Iberian ham - Boquerones and taquitos of Roman hake with Biscay - Roman squid - Squid stuffed in its ink (see entry of day).

MAIN COURSES
FIRWOOD PAELLAS (max. two varieties per table): Valencian Paella, Vegetable Paella, "Senyoret" Rice, Fideuà, Black rice with squid and artichokes.
HOT STOVE RICE: Thick seafood rice with monkfish and Rice in broth with chicken, rabbit and vegetables.
MEAT: Grilled steak, with roquefort or pepper sauce, Iberian sirloin medallions cooked with onion, Beef steak, Grilled lamb chops, Iberian cheek with Oporto reduction.
FISH: Hake loin grillé, Monkfish medallions in "suquet", Sea bream fillet grilled “a la espalda”.
